We are not responsible for loss of or damage to the car, or to articles left in the car, from fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.

Customers are requested to take delivery of their vehicle on the due date promised. Any delay resulting on the part of the customer is charged to the customer's account.

We shall be obliged to charge QAR 10 per day for the first three (3) days, and QAR 20 for each day thereafter. The car will not be delivered without this receipt.

The customer authorises the job to be done with the necessary materials, and grants CarePlus employees permission to operate the vehicle inside the station.

The customer confirms that all items of value have been removed from the vehicle, and accepts that CarePlus cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss.

The customer confirms the vehicle is received in good condition.

CarePlus will not take any responsibility for malfunction due to faulty or exposed electrical wiring. Where a vehicle is brought in for hand-wash service, the customer must make sure the electrical connections under the bonnet are sound.

The customer accepts the CarePlus terms and conditions for any work carried out on the days mentioned herein.

The customer undertakes to make the applicable service payment in full before taking possession of the vehicle.

The customer is requested to collect the vehicle within 24 hours of job completion. After that, CarePlus will not be responsible for the safety and up-keep of the vehicle.
